At Next Design & Build we pride ourselves on our personal ‘Concierge Style’ service and our professional approach to design and construction.
Next Design & Build specialize in single-family and multi-family projects, working with homeowners, developers, and investors, with homes ranging from single-story infill to luxury waterfront and high-end townhomes. We focus on new construction and complete remodeling projects.
Founded in 2017 by Darren Brinkley and reinforced by Ryan Tempro and Thomas White in 2020, NDB combines over 50 years experience in residential and commercial design, construction and project management.
Darren Brinkley – Owner & President
A design & build professional with more than 16 years experience creating beautiful & innovative homes for some great clients. He has a real passion for design combined with a sustainable and realistic approach to construction. Darren designed & built the first green LEED certified home in Florida and has won many design & sustainability awards, including being recognized as a Sunshine Ambassador to the City of St Petersburg.
Ryan Tempro, PMP – Owner & Chief Construction Officer
An experienced construction project manager with 25+ years working on residential & commercial construction projects. Ryan has been involved in projects ranging from single-family homes to high-rise towers & has a keen eye for detail & high-quality control standards. He is a Certified General Contractor (CGC) & a Certified Marine Contractor (CMC), plus is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Thomas White, PMP – Owner & Chief Operations Officer
An accomplished Project Manager with over 12 year’s experience working for several top tier contractors in both heavy civil and offshore construction. Tom’s expertise lies in project planning, controls and estimating with special focus on quality and attention to detail. He has a degree in Engineering and is passionate about architecture, design, and construction.
