OUR EXPERIENCE

Pelican Bay Home Builders brings together local knowledge, coastal construction experience, and a straightforward approach to building your new home. We understand the unique challenges of building along Florida’s Gulf Coast, from waterfront lots and flood zones to elevated foundations and hurricane-resistant construction. Our focus is on building quality homes designed for the way people live here.

Pelican Bay Home Builders is owned by Next Design & Build, an established local luxury custom home builder, specializing in high-quality residential construction throughout St. Petersburg and the surrounding beach communities, with over 50 years combined experience. This experience gives us a strong understanding of local building requirements, trusted trade partners, and the construction methods needed to build for our coastal environment. www.next-db.com

Our approach is simple: focus on what we do best, build where we know best, and make the process as clear and straightforward as possible. From finding the right lot to choosing a home design and managing construction, we work to deliver quality, value, and a home you’ll be proud to call your own.

We live here, work here, and build for our neighbors. Every home is an opportunity to put our local experience to work and deliver a better building experience from start to finish.
